Options

• Cash/Credit/Debit cards (No Doctors Referral required)

• Private health insurance with HICAPs facilities for on the day claiming. Please call your provider for further details of gap payments as this is different for each insurer ( No Doctors Referral required)

• Provider for Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) and participates in the Enhance Primary Care (EPC) program through Medicare (Drs referral is required for these services)

• Provider for clients funded through NDIS and My Aged Care packages (will need pre-approval and provision of billing details at first appointment) No Drs Referral Required.

• Accepts Enhance Primary Care (EPC) Plan referrals. Must be active and appropriate paperwork either faxed by referring Dr or to bring in at first appointment to receive Medicare rebate on the day of the visit. Full payment for visit is made and then rebate can be made into a Cheque or Savings account (will need to remember PIN) via HICAPS machine. The plan does not cover the full cost of the visit. Please ask about the gap when making your first appointment.

  A 24-hour Cancellation Policy Applies. A $50 fee may be charged if inadequate notice is given or if the appointment is not attended.
